I also picked up a wonderful quotation from Barbara Sliter on Creatorship, which seems to resonate with the spirit of the age. <BR/><BR/> "We are ready for more: more challenge, more meaning, good environments, interesting work, balance of life. We are ready to be co-creators".<BR/><BR/>I would be so interested in working with a company interested in making their performance management compelling and engaging!<BR/><BR/>Thanks for the post. This seems to be the topic of the moment.
