In my opinion, women are the clue to a more substainable and ethical world.

OliviaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7686742259258701545.post-4514367692728646452009-02-13T16:34:00.000+00:002009-02-13T16:34:00.000+00:00Whilst I think its dangerous to generalise, there ...Whilst I think its dangerous to generalise, there is a testosterone effect. Quite clearly there would have been a difference if women were running the banks, that goes without saying.

However, we must be cautious. I personally feel that simply handing over to women who have currently 'made it' in this man's world is not the answer either. No. The women who can really make a difference are the ones who have not 'made' it. the ones that are there already have had to compromise too much to be accepted - they had to get a set of balls where they are not supposed to be.

If none of this makes sense and you think im talking out of my arse then I recommend reading When Society Becomes an Addict by Anne Wilson Schaef.Ballbaghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04000925560555224195noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7686742259258701545.post-41200723210725153342009-02-11T09:55:00.000+00:002009-02-11T09:55:00.000+00:00Hey,don't forget you 25 things!Hey,don't forget you 25 things!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7686742259258701545.post-79801534225294177352009-02-11T09:54:00.000+00:002009-02-11T09:54:00.000+00:00Diverstiy simply gives us a chance - requisite var...Diverstiy simply gives us a chance - requisite variety. Is not a all male and in all liklihood all white board a prima facie case of poor governance? The only defence can be significant added value and that evidently hasn't happened.

So what is the defence? Let's hear it from people who supported these structures.

In the meantime, the world moves on. Zumbox promises to make Royal Mail totally redundant - with the right infrastructure. What else portends change which is of benefit to one-and-all and where are opportunities for ordinary people who otherwise earn less than an MP gets to run a second house?

Apps like Zumbox suggest jobs rolling out broadband, making and recycling household quality printers and IT equipment, skills managing these enterprises, and discussions about the equivalent of the sanctity of Royal Mail. We are on the cusp of commercial change as fundamental as the introduction of the penny post and the limited liability company.

That's where I want to be!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
