Talent management (in professional services firms) 3




Another example of great talent management within professional services - my former Employer Ernst & Young's introduction of completely flexible holidays (presumably with some salary sacrifice involved). It's the sort of policy which from an HCM perspective is just so intuitively right, the question is why aren't all organisations (at least those that are knowledge vs production focused) doing it?
